Over the past few years, Tanzania has emerged as an important regional trade center. Tanzania is now part of the emerging market in East Africa. The automotive industry is growing in this country, helped by increasing incomes, better urban facilities and the supply of cost-effective vehicles. This sector of Tanzania gives the example and can even be taken as a model for other countries to enter the market. The growth should be close to 3% in vehicle sales in Tanzania for 2018. However, the Tanzanian auto sector has to keep being relevant to emerging realities facing car manufacturers (especially the high demand to technology, innovation and environmental issues). This is the backdrop against which the 21st AutoExpo will be organized this year.
One time more, Tanzania will indeed welcome a major automotive fair. The 21st International Trade Expo on automotives, spare parts, equipment and transport is one of the biggest annual trade event in Tanzania. The event attracts More than 100 exhibitors from 28 countries and welcome as well both visitors and professional visitors. This year, the exhibition will take place from 13th to 15th November 2018. The exhibition categories include commercial vehicles, tyres, or garage equipment amongst others.
